Steve combines the best of wit and wisdom with a finely honed production process that keeps projects moving and on time without sacrificing quality. He is an understanding, charismatic, and fiercely loyal team leader whose deep knowledge of print design and processes repeatedly brought value to our team. As with any good creative professional, he also knows what he doesn’t know, when to ask questions, and how to adapt. On a personal level, Steve taught me that laughter is the first and most important sign of a team’s health. With great levity comes exceptional productivity, and that’s a lesson I look forward to practicing for the rest of my career.
